Hi, I’m Anna
I’m a certified postpartum doula based in Maryland, supporting families during the transition into life with a new baby.
My approach to postpartum care is rooted in practical, day-to-day support that helps families feel less overwhelmed during the early weeks after birth. That can look different for every household, whether that means newborn care, helping create more rhythm throughout the day, supporting recovery, preparing meals, or simply helping things feel more manageable at home.
I believe postpartum support works best when it is flexible and responsive to the actual needs of a family rather than overly rigid or one-size-fits-all. Some days parents need more hands-on newborn support, while other days the most supportive thing may simply be having help keeping the home functioning, having space to rest, or having another calm and attentive presence during a major life transition.
In addition to postpartum doula support, I also offer more food-focused support for families looking for help with meal preparation, freezer meals, and practical kitchen support during the early weeks after birth.
I primarily serve families in Montgomery County and nearby areas, including parts of Frederick County and Carroll County.
